Patient is responsible for all consults and services provided.

Lack of agreement with the treatment recommendation on the part of the patient in NOT grounds for refund.

Patients are obligated to contact us with ANY billing questions. we will gladly refund any billing that is a result of an error on our part. By using our service, the patient agrees to this policy.

 Therefore, all chargeback and fee disputes will be treated as fraud and prosecuted as such.
